Scorpion & Centipede Control in Southern Colorado

   Scorpions and centipedes look for shelter, moisture and places where other insects are available as food. They often hide during the day and become more active after dark.

Around Southern Colorado, we can find them near foundations, rocks, landscaping, garages, crawlspaces, basements and other dark or protected areas around a property.

Seeing scorpions or centipedes indoors can also be a sign that they're finding ways inside through gaps, cracks or other openings around the building.

 Yes, scorpions really do live in our part of Colorado. We encounter them around properties in our service area, particularly in dry, rocky areas with plenty of places to hide.

Scorpions and centipedes are mostly active at night and may spend the day underneath rocks, landscaping materials, stored items, wood piles and other protected areas. They can also make their way into garages, crawlspaces, basements and homes.

Finding them indoors may mean there are entry points or other insects around the property providing a food source.
